​2008 PVT Aluumium Brazing Furnace & Dry Cooler water System


This pre-owned unit is in excellent condition and was fully operational at removal; it has Nadcap ASM2750G approval. 


The work zone measures 24" wide x 36" deep x 32" tall, and the package includes many extra parts, a rebuilt hot zone (crated),

412-11, 615 RGS, 16" DP, a 1402 holding pump, argon surge tank, loader, grids, TUS rack.


Has a Honeywell HC 900 for furnace control and temp function, MM200 for vacuum.


A Dry Cooler water system with duplex pumps for tower and furnace plus new spare pumps and fan motor, rebuilt starters/contactors for control panel, and a remote-control panel for inside near the furnace, an argon backup pump, and the plate-and-frame heat exchanger is only a few years old.
